Disclosures.

Last updated June 14, 2026. These disclosures are intended to make Chirpin's current MVP status clear while the product is still being developed.

MVP status

Chirpin is in early MVP development. The website is for product information and waitlist collection only.

Chirpin is not currently offering a debit card, checking account, savings account, credit product, money transmission service, or stored-value account through this website.

No bank account yet

Chirpin is not a bank. Banking, card, deposit, and money movement services, if launched, would be provided through one or more licensed financial institution partners or other regulated providers.

No partner bank relationship is being announced on this site unless expressly stated in a future update.

Deposit insurance

Chirpin does not currently hold customer deposits. Waitlist signup funds no account and creates no FDIC-insured deposit.

FDIC deposit insurance, if applicable to a future product, would depend on the structure of the account, the partner financial institution, and the applicable deposit insurance rules. Not all financial products are FDIC insured.

Card and rule behavior

Descriptions of spending rules, reminders, slowdowns, blocks, safe-to-spend balances, subscriptions, BNPL tracking, and goals are product concepts and may change.

Spending controls may not prevent every transaction, may depend on merchant data, category data, network rules, partner capabilities, timing, connectivity, regulatory requirements, and user settings.

No financial advice

Chirpin does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Budgeting and spending tools are informational and should not be treated as a recommendation to make or avoid any purchase.

Waitlist referrals

Referral counts, milestones, and rewards are campaign terms for the public waitlist and may change. They do not create a bank account, card account, deposit, approval, or guaranteed product access.

Future cash or other valuable referral incentives may require additional verification, fraud review, tax information, payment terms, and legal disclosures before a reward is issued.

Future consumer disclosures

If Chirpin launches accounts, debit cards, electronic fund transfers, fees, rewards, or other regulated services, users should expect separate disclosures and agreements before using those services.

Those future disclosures may include fee schedules, electronic fund transfer rights, error-resolution procedures, privacy notices, partner-bank disclosures, and other documents required by law or by product partners.
