Chirpin currently provides a public website and waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a bank account, card account, deposit account, or other financial account.

Any future card, banking, savings, money movement, or account feature may require additional terms, disclosures, identity verification, eligibility review, partner bank agreements, and regulatory approvals.

You may use the public website if you can form a binding agreement with Chirpin and are not prohibited from using the site by applicable law.

Do not submit waitlist information if you are under 13. Future financial products may require users to be at least 18 and satisfy additional eligibility requirements.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the service in a way that burdens infrastructure, or use the site for unlawful activity.

When you join the waitlist, Chirpin may send transactional emails related to that request, including a waitlist confirmation and requested sign-in codes.

Waitlist signup includes separate, optional choices for important product and launch announcements and for a short weekly build update. Neither marketing choice is required to reserve a spot.

Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to the Chirpin newsletter. Newsletter subscriptions are a separate choice managed through Substack and are also subject to Substack's applicable terms and policies.

Chirpin marketing emails include a way to manage each category or unsubscribe from all marketing. Changing those preferences does not remove you from the waitlist or change your spot in line. Transactional and account-related messages are not marketing and may still be sent.

Product descriptions on the site describe planned or potential functionality. They are not a promise that any specific feature, card, account, partner, limit, or rule behavior will launch or remain available.

Chirpin is not providing financial, legal, tax, or investment advice through this website.

Chirpin currently plans to offer a metal card to the top 1,000 eligible public waitlist profiles by dynamic line rank at launch. The offer, final card design, launch timing, fulfillment details, and eligibility requirements are not final and may change before launch.

A waitlist promotion does not create a bank account, card account, product approval, launch date, or access to a financial service.

Chirpin may offer waitlist referral campaigns with changing line-rank movement, milestones, rewards, qualification rules, limits, and end dates. Applicable campaign details may appear on the leaderboard or public profile pages.

Unless a campaign expressly states otherwise, only new and unique waitlist signups through a valid referral link count. Duplicate, self-referred, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive activity may be excluded.

A referral milestone, priority position, or reward does not guarantee a card, account, product approval, launch date, or access to a financial service. Chirpin may review referral activity and may change, suspend, or end a campaign as permitted by applicable law and the campaign terms.

If a future campaign offers cash or another item of value, additional eligibility, identity, tax, payment, verification, and promotional terms may apply before any reward is issued.

The Chirpin name, logo, website copy, design, and other site materials are owned by Chirpin or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

The site may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, email, database, design, or embedded-content providers. Chirpin is not responsible for third-party sites or services that it does not control.

The public website and waitlist are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chirpin disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chirpin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the public website or waitlist.

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Changes are effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
